The milk transporter is also called fresh milk transporter, milk tanker, liquid food transporter. The tank body is made of food grade stainless steel plate. The outer part of the tank body needs to be used as insulation layer to prevent the deterioration of fresh milk. The inside of the tank body needs smooth and no acute angle. A CIP (cleaning device) is added to each milk tank.
The material of the tank is made of high-quality aluminum alloy and stainless steel. The tank and the tank are finely polished. The tank can be equipped with heat preservation and refrigeration functions. It can transport a variety of chemical raw materials, dairy products, oil products and liquid food transportation.
The tank can be set to multiple positions according to the demand, and a variety of media can be dispensed at any time, so that the pump can be pumped in and out, and the table can be over-extended, but the table and the self-flowing table can be used.
Fresh milk transport vehicle modification configuration: the tank structure is divided into three layers: insulation layer, insulation layer and tank body.
One. The body of the frame can be made of food grade 304 material stainless steel plate, and the tank body can be made into 2-3 cabins. The tank body requires smooth and no acute angle. A cip (cleaning device) tank is provided in each milk tank with a washer.
Second, the middle of the tank is an insulation layer, which has a heat preservation effect to prevent deterioration of fresh milk. The temperature change does not exceed 1 degree for 24 hours at a temperature difference of 30 degrees. The insulation material is insulated with 80 (mm) thick polyurethane foam material.
Third, the outer layer of the tank (protective layer of the insulation layer) is made of 2mm thick 304L stainless steel. The outer skin and trunk of stainless steel are beautiful in appearance, the whole body is beautiful in appearance, scientific in structure, light in weight and good in strength.
4. Each single warehouse has a separate discharge port (self-flow port) and a feed port (can port).
5. Optional chiller, rock wool insulation, exhaust gas circulation heating, and stainless steel pump to make the vehicle have a suction function.
