A concrete mixer (concrete mixer) is a special truck used to transport concrete for construction; it is often referred to as a snail because of its shape. A cylindrical mixer drum is mounted on this type of truck to carry the mixed concrete. The mixing drum is always rotated during transportation to ensure that the concrete being conveyed does not solidify. After the concrete is transported, the inside of the mixing drum is usually flushed with water to prevent the hardened concrete from occupying space and making the volume of the mixing drum less and less.
Composition
It consists of automobile chassis, mixing drum, transmission system, water supply device, full power power take-off, front and rear brackets of mixer drum, reducer, hydraulic transmission system, feeding and discharging system, and operating mechanism. Due to technical bottlenecks, the domestically produced mixer tanks have a volume of 3m3-8m3 and are made of four large-sized domestically produced parts. Most of the four large-sized parts with a volume of 8m3 or more are imported components.
Mixing truck consists of two types of chassis, drive train, hydraulic system, frame, mixing tank, feeding and discharging device, water supply system, control system, and human ladder. The front end of the mixing tank is connected to the reducer and installed on the front of the rack. The rear end is supported by two rollers mounted on the back of the rack through the raceway.
Stirring device
It consists mainly of a mixing drum and its auxiliary support components. The mixing drum is a concrete loading container. It is made of high-quality wear-resistant steel sheet. In order to automatically load and unload concrete, the inner wall is welded with special-shaped spiral blades. The concrete moves in the direction of the spiral of the blade as it rotates and is mixed and agitated during constant lifting and turning. During the feeding and transportation process, the mixing drum rotates forward and the concrete moves inward along the blades. When discharging, the mixing drum reverses and the concrete is discharged outward along the blades. The rotation of the mixing drum is ensured by a hydraulic drive. The load is 3 to 6 cubic meters. The concrete mixer truck generally adopts a hydraulic pump driven by the automobile engine through the power output shaft, and then the hydraulic motor drives the mixing drum by the high-pressure oil. When the loading amount is 9 to 12 cubic meters, the hydraulic pump is driven by the vehicle-assisted diesel engine to drive the hydraulic motor. The blades are the main components in the agitator, and damage or severe wear can result in uneven mixing of the concrete. In addition, if the angle of the blade is not reasonable, it will cause the concrete to segregate.
Working principle
The power is transmitted from the output of the second-class chassis full-power power take-off through the drive shaft to the hydraulic pump. The hydraulic pump generates hydraulic energy that is transmitted to the hydraulic motor through the oil pipe. The hydraulic motor converts the hydraulic energy into kinetic energy and transmits it to the kinetic energy through the reducer. The mixing tank can realize the positive reversal and the rotation speed of the stirring tank by adjusting the angle of the servo handle of the hydraulic pump (double acting variable) to realize the operations of squeezing, stirring, stirring and discharging.
